Returns & Replacement Policy
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged

Incorrect product has been delivered
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting images. Providing an unboxing video is recommended to help us process your request faster.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Product has been used, worn, or washed

Product is returned without original packaging or tags

Return request is raised after the allowed time window
For orders placed under promotional offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free), returns are not applicable for preference-based reasons. However, replacement/exchange is available in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

We offer free replacement for eligible cases (damaged, defective, or wrong product).

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.
Prepaid Orders

Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers will receive a secure refund link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp within 4–5 business days

Customers must submit bank/UPI details using the link

Refund is processed within 24–48 hours after details submission

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 5–7 working days

Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences. These are not considered defects.
