Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – By icultural.in
We offer a 3-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original packaging, and after it passes our quality inspection.
Exchange
Exchange is allowed only for:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect product delivered
Requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours with product photos and unboxing video.
Sale & Promotional Offers
Products purchased during Buy 2 Get 1 Free or other promotional offers are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 3–4 business days after approval.
- COD Orders: Refund processed via bank transfer or UPI link after quality check.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
